A deposit of $1000 is required to confirm your spot on the tour and can be made by bank transfer or PayPal (using PayPal will incur a 4% fee.)

*Cancellations made by you up to 2 months before the tour:
If your place is filled: A full refund will be issued, less a $200 administrative fee.
If your place is not filled: A 50% refund will be issued, less a $200 administrative fee.
*Cancellations made by you within 2 months of the tour – Strictly no refunds will be given.
*Cancellation by click walk learn photography workshops and tours:
If click walk learn photography tours cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disaster, personal health or family emergency, or insufficient participants), you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your deposit to a future tour date.
*Physical Requirements
By booking this tour, you confirm that you are reasonably fit and healthy to participate. While the tour does not include any long or steep walks, some photography locations may require walking in more remote or uneven areas.
*Travel / Medical / Equipment Insurance
You are responsible for all insurance related to your workshop attendance, including medical, equipment, and travel coverage.
I highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending, such as travel delays, workshop cancellations due to severe weather, natural disasters, transport strikes, political disturbances, or personal health emergencies.
*Waiver of Liability
By participating in the click walk learn photography tour, you agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in this workshop involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, the possibility of personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen events.
- Release of Liability: You hereby release click walk learn photography tours, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in the workshop.
- Acknowledgment: By attending the workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
*Behaviour
By booking a place on this tour, you agree to conduct yourself appropriately throughout its duration. Any behaviour that disrupts the tour, or negatively affects other participants will not be tolerated. If a participant is asked to leave during the workshop, no refund will be issued.
*Equipment use
During the tour, you are welcome to use any of my own photography equipment, including filters, lenses, and other related items. While these items are insured, you will be responsible for covering the excess costs for any equipment that is damaged, broken, lost, or stolen while in your possession.
*Other
Upon booking, you will receive an itinerary, which may be subject to change due to weather conditions. During this time, I will discuss your photography level, take note of your equipment, and inquire about any dietary requirements you may have.
